The pre-season fixture between Leicester Tigers and Nottingham Rugby scheduled for Friday afternoon has been cancelled. The match between Tigers and Ospreys is unaffected and will go ahead as scheduled at Welford Road, 7.45pm kick-off.

European Cup tickets on sale from Wednesday

Aviva ‘A’ League fixtures announced

Premiership Rugby has today announced the Wanderers’ Aviva ‘A’ League fixtures for the coming season. As in previous years the Aviva ‘A’ League sees the 12 teams split into two Conferences, North and South, with each team playing the other once. This season sees the Saints travel to Newcastle and Worcester, with Leicester, Wasps and Sale all heading to Franklin’s Gardens.
