Nice to see Tonderai Chavhanga back in Vodacom Super Rugby, for the first time since 2010. He still holds the record for the most tries by a player in a Springbok Test. Action from the SA Under-20 training match at Stellenbosch on Tuesday afternoon vs WP Rugby Institute. SARU will announce the squad for the Junior World Championship next Tuesday, 22 April.

Ok, you called our bluff! Clearly not easy to April Fool Bok fans, thanks for playing along! It was wonderful to be reminded of the passion for the Green and Gold. Remember the new ASICS Bok Jersey launch on April 24th.

Springbok Sevens won the Plate Final at the Hong Kong Sevens after beating Wales 19-14 in a spirited effort. Our boys collected 13 valuable points to stay within touch of the leaders New Zealand on he IRB Sevens World Series Standings. Cecil Afrika and Kyle Brown sat out because of injury concerns. Well done boys and safe travel on Monday!

Not our day! Blitzboks go down 14-7 against England in their Cup quarterfinal at the Hong Kong Sevens. This means it is the first time this season that we have not progressed to the Cup semi-finals. Hard luck boys, but best of luck for the rest of the day. They will now play in the plate competition.

Springbok Sevens will play England on Sunday at 05h50 in the Hong Kong Sevens Cup quarterfinals despite suffering an upset 10-7 defeat against Australia. Earlier today they beat Spain 22-14.
